Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: No Refunds or Exchanges

At Realm of Terror Haunted House, we pride ourselves on delivering an unforgettable, spine-chilling experience. Due to the nature of our events and the limited capacity, all ticket purchases are final. 
 

No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to the following:
- Discomfort or dissatisfaction with the experience
- Weather conditions
- Personal schedule conflicts
- Missed time slots
- Any other circumstances beyond our control

Exchanges:
Tickets may be exchanged for different event dates at the paid-value of the ticket. If exchanged for a more expensive ticket, a balance will be due. No refunds will be given for exchanges of a lesser value.

Important Considerations:
- Please ensure you are fully committed to attending before purchasing tickets.
- If you are purchasing tickets for others, please ensure they are aware of and agree to this policy.

Exceptions:
In the rare event that Realm of Terror must cancel an event, a refund or rescheduling option may be provided at our discretion. Otherwise, all sales are final.
